Derby St Sidewalk Art
Derby St Shops is a lifestyle destination that blends classic New England style and the charm of it's home in Hingham, MA. To overcome town regulations prohibiting outdoor signage, we devised a series of captivating sidewalk art moments. Themes such as South Shore pride, the outdoors, dogs, and kids will add special moments to shoppers' days.

The Woody wall is Derby Street Shops seasonally rotating mural project to serve as a backdrop for the activities and programs taking place on the nearby green space. After several successful rotations since 2018, we decided to conclude the series with a special touch for spring/summer 2023. For Winter 22/23 we chose some iconic winter imagery like a giant pile of ornaments, and a christmas tree with dogs hanging out the windows.
Drawing inspiration from the beloved "Make Way for Ducklings" book and sculptures popular in Boston, we added a whimsical twist by depicting adorable ducklings marching over the vintage Jeep Wagoneer ("Woody"). The inclusion of a colorful dogwood tree and playful duckling poses has made this mural a hit with south shore families, bringing joy and community engagement to the area.
