As a Graphic Designer at CBRE, I created business development and property marketing materials for the Greater Boston market and beyond. When the Cincinnati team sought support for their new office development, "The Foundry," I presented a concept inspired by the building's blend of natural materials and modern industrial design. With an earthy color palette and textures like wood, concrete, and moss, I showcased the building's unique features. The result was a playful layout that captured the essence of this modern take on office space.
